We’re up-front about our policies, ensuring customers know what to expect during the appointment and from the tech that shows up. When you book with us, we’ll send a technician to your requested location, after which they’ll give you some verbal service options and pricing information. Once we get your approval to move forward, we can start work on-site.
Here are a few things to keep in mind prior to and during the appointment:
When a task is performed during our visit, we will only charge you prices that you have pre-approved and authorized.
If we come for a scheduled visit and you decide not to move forward with any services, there is still a required fee to cover the time and travel expenses of sending someone to your home.
Payment is due at the time of the service call visit. We take checks, cash, and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, & Discover).
