This leap year day let’s consider the fact that sometimes we need to just GO AHEAD AND LEAP! Your instincts and hunches come from a place of experience.

How long have you worked at Residential Plumbing? “Since it began in 2002 because I am the owner Ken Fenzil”

What do you like most about your job? ” Satisfied Customers”

Share a story about a time you really helped a customer solve a problem. ” We had a customer who had a cross connection problem like the picture below. The hot and cold lines are crossed. I started at the top of a checklist of things to do in this situation by checking all the single handled faucets in the house, moving onto getting details about the water heater. We found out that a handyman had replaced the water heater and then replaced it again because he thought the first one was was defective when he tried to fix the problem. I located a bathroom in the basement that the plumbing was walled in and with an experienced hunch we located the problem and fixed it. I learned very early in my training to just continue down your mental checklists, but also to listen to your instincts and exactly what the details of what your customers say to solve problems.”

What do you like to do in your spare time? ” I love riding my motorcycle any chance I get on a beautiful day”

Thank You Ken for talking to us today.
