The first month of January 2016 is almost over. The New Years Resolutions have had 20+ days to sink in. So how did you do? That "loose weight this year" goal disappeared quickly.

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED! Grab your favorite veggies and head on down the line to that Super Bowl or Award show parties that are held in the next few weeks.

Repeatedly we need to eat our veggies, exercise our bodies and minds, and definitely LAUGH MORE!
